train the trainer

T3:
It's often been said that teaching is a learning experience. Good trainers are always trying to acquire more experiential education skills, facilitation tools, and training methods. This course is designed to deliver novice to expert levels of facilitation techniques, models, and information.

Persons interested in learning more about the field of Experience-Based Training and Development (EBTD) or seasoned professionals seeking different approaches and designs are welcome to attend. This is, however, NOT a "new-games" workshop. This workshop will concentrate on advanced learning models, methods for managing group dynamics, facilitation techniques, and other skills for the advanced practitioner. Train The Trainer is ideal for corporate training professionals who would like to learn new skills and adaptation techniques to apply experiential learning to the professional workplace.

These workshops are fast-paced and intensive, so rest up prior to your arrival. Workshop content will have some flexibility and may be altered to address specific questions and training needs of attending participants.
